The Micro-Lot Experience We are dedicated to small-batch roasting. Because we work closely with exclusive micro-lots, our fresh green coffee comes in every couple of months. While we always aim to curate a diverse box, the realities of small-batch availability mean you may occasionally receive two of the same bag in a 4-bag box, or see a favorite repeat from a previous month. It is the nature of seasonal coffee—when a micro-lot is gone, it’s gone—but we promise every bag will be exceptional.
